In accordance with the terms of the Permit, Excelsior shall post on this Website copies of the proposed and approved stimulation plans and procedures with any EPA conditions and reporting of results, as described in Part II.G.2.m of the Permit, including appendices and exhibits, within 15 days of submission to or receipt from EPA.
